Simon Wong, Assistant Associate Vice President, List Sotheby's International Realty, Singapore, has over 22 years of sales and marketing experience.
Prior to joining List Sotheby's International Realty, Simon served as a Senior Marketing Director for CBRE Singapore where he utilized his creativity and dogged determination to effectively develop productive sales partnerships, never allowing his busy schedules limit his professionalism.
Simon has dedicated to guiding clients through the real estate investment decision-making process in order to maximize the value of their property portfolios./p>
He gives the clients advice based on the analysis of asset diversification and risk management. He is able to forecast the best performing sectors through our highly analytical investment research.
By combining the strength of our people, services, and in-depth market knowledge, Simon is experts in facilitating efficient negotiations between buyers and sellers for the acquisition and disposal of investment properties.
Together with his close ties with his investors and Tenants, he has been responsible for some of the large deals in office, residential and industrial buildings in Singapore. These include office, residential, industrial, shop house, retail and development sites.
